What we collect
When you request a quote, we collect the information you enter, including your name, phone number, property street address, email address if you provide one and any notes you choose to add. We may also receive basic technical and advertising-attribution information connected with your visit, such as campaign tags, browser information and your IP address.
How we use it
We use this information to respond to your request, discuss the work, prepare or explain a quote, provide services you choose to book and understand which advertising is useful. Submitting the form requests a phone conversation about a quote; it does not book an inspection or cleaning appointment. We do not sell your personal information.
Who helps us process it
This site is hosted by Vercel. Form submissions are delivered to Shine Property Services through GoHighLevel and are backed up in Supabase so requests are not lost if a downstream delivery fails. If you arrived through a Meta advertisement, Meta's business tools may receive page-view and lead-event information so we can measure the advertisement. These providers process information under their own privacy terms and security practices.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiry and customer records only as long as reasonably needed to respond, provide services, maintain normal business records, resolve issues and meet legal obligations. We take reasonable steps to protect the information in our systems.
Your choices
You can ask what personal information we hold about you, request a correction, ask us to delete information we no longer need or ask us not to contact you again, except where a message is needed to complete an existing request or service.
